I absolutely loved working with Nic, she is a really personable, easy-going and fun person to work and collaborate with. As a Creative Producer, she always came to the table with bags of ideas but also real intuitive thinking about how we bring an idea to life to ensure the end result meets the brief  - whether that be trying to make a conference environment more engaging or how to stage an outdoor festival to look really impactful on a limited budget. Nic has great communication skills and was fab at walking the team and clients through the how's, why's and what's of concepts she had come up with. She listens to clients needs to understand their objectives and as Nic has a wealth of knowledge about materials and design ideas, she's able to bounce about ideas on the spot to ensure she is always hitting the mark. I definitely hope our paths cross over on future projects!
